I'm changing things up a bit this week as we get serious about mental health and illness, what the symptoms of it are, what can possibly cause them, the best options for reaching out and getting help, how mental illness dramatically effects peoples lives, and then I dive a bit into my own experiences with addiction, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

No sponsor spots, no restrictions, no censorship, straight facts, just me and a microphone, laying it out. I didn't go into nearly as much detail as I possibly could have, so if anyone does want to talk please feel free to reach out!

You are not alone, there is help, and there is hope. It takes a lot of bravery to seek it and i hope this inspires at least one person to pursue the proper methods for dealing with their mental illnesses.

Music was provided by past guests of the DTP, the first track is "Help" by Alone I Walk, and the track at the end is "Snow" by Tanner Cyr. I am extremely thankful for their support as they were important in me deciding to do this episode.
